Supporting the operation of various facilities, establishes a safe and productive work environment that improves the efficiency of business processes and employee productivity.
Utilities & Infrastructure: Manage 11kV substation, HVAC/AHU systems, compressed air, water and sewage treatment. Facilities Engineering: Preventive and predictive maintenance, building maintenance, and infrastructure reliability. Project Management: Plant expansion, layout redesign, contractor management, and CapEx execution. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with DOSH, BOMBA, DOE, ST, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA. Administration: Oversee plant and Dormitory security, canteen, transport, hostel, cleaning, and vendor management. Leadership: Manage engineers, technicians, and admin staff with 24/7 readiness. Key KPIs o Utilities uptime 99.5% o Zero unplanned power outage o HVAC stability within specified tolerance o Energy cost optimization (kWh/unit),Zero major audit findings o CapEx delivery on time and within budget
Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Facilities Engineering. At least 10–12 years' experience in manufacturing plant facilities. Strong knowledge in 11kV power systems, HVAC, and water/sewage treatment. Familiar with BMS, SCADA, and energy monitoring systems. Strong knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements (ST, DOSH, BOMBA, DOE).
