About the Role

We're looking for a Financial Analyst who likes turning numbers into answers. You'll build our forecasts, track how we're doing against budget, and give leaders a clear picture of where the business is heading and why. You'll work closely with department heads and report directly to our VP of Finance, and your analysis will reach senior leadership.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and the annual budgetRun budget-vs-actual variance analysis and explain what's driving each gapBuild financial models for new initiatives, pricing, capital spending and scenario planningPrepare the monthly management reports and KPI dashboards that leadership usesWork with department heads to plan headcount and operating expensesSupport month-end close by reviewing accruals, doing reconciliations and preparing reportsImprove reporting processes and automate recurring analysisTurn around ad hoc analysis for leadership, often on short timelines
What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance or accountingExperience in a high-growth or multi-entity businessAn understanding of GAAP and SEC requirementsIntermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite and RealPage is a strong plusStrong analytical skills and close attention to detailThe ability to explain financial data clearly to people who aren't in financeA process-improvement mindset and the ability to think strategicallyGood judgment and discretion with sensitive informationComfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environmentA bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field is preferredMust live in the Omaha, NE area.
