Foreman

In this role, you will work in a small, close-knit team of both young and experienced colleagues. The position is versatile and combines executive work with managerial duties. You will actively participate in the daily processes, but will also be responsible for managing colleagues. You will regularly have full responsibility for the work at this branch.

In your role at Dynaplant, you will be more than the managing factor – you will ensure flawless operations in the nursery on North Lierweg and manage 10-12 employees. You combine hands-on work with People management and place the right focus on planning and execution. Your responsibilities:
Breaking in and supervising (temporary) employees
Assign and coordinate tasks within the team
Consult and coordinate with company management on work planning
Handling order processing and preparing orders for shipment
Record and track important data
