LPN - Long Term Acute Care Facility Location Baldwyn, MS Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour shifts, 0645-1908, with 84 hours biweekly (48 hours one week and 36 hours the next) including weekends and holidays as needed. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Acute Care Facility. The role involves delivering quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including geriatrics and patients requiring rehabilitation, ventilatory support, and post-acute care. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients in compliance with facility standards and state regulations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure a safe environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current LPN license with IV certification. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. Experience with ventilated and tracheostomy patients is required. BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. Experience in larger facilities (400+ beds or level 2 trauma) is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
