Quick Look ARMStaffing is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care (Full-Time Day/Night Shifts) in Geneva, New York. Location Geneva, NY Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule/Shift Full-time day and night shifts, 5 days a week, including every other weekend and holiday. Job Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LPN will assess and collect data relevant to the residents' physical and psychosocial conditions, while working collaboratively with a Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement age-appropriate and culturally relevant care plans tailored to adult and geriatric populations. Responsibilities Collect ongoing data relevant to residents' physical and psychosocial conditions and communicate findings to the RN and team. Contribute to creating culturally relevant care plans involving residents and their families. Recommend revisions to care plans based on resident evaluations and outcomes. Maintain knowledge and competency in nursing practice through continuing education and in-service programs. Provide leadership under the direction of the RN in the professional practice setting. Ensure compliance with safety and cost-effectiveness in care delivery. Required Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care facility.
