For a bank I’m recruiting for an Interim Product Owner Regulatory Reporting Domain with experience in Regulatory Reporting (high level) and Data Warehousing concepts.
Support is needed in managing the Finance IT team and the Epic board. Within the Epic Board, a functional development pipeline must be established, with an accounting module as the foundation, and a data foundation for prudential reporting. Due to the transfer of DS5: the data is of high quality and easily accessible.
A functioning development pipeline for the new data warehouse, CRR 3 & CSRD implementation, implementation of other reports in the current data warehouse, and maintenance & management. The PO is successful when the roadmap is properly executed and the development of the accounting module and OSX tables are secured.
A proper prioritization within the Finance IT team, adoption of the DWH 2.0 way of working by the IT Finance team, and ensuring the development of the accounting module and OSX tables for prudential reporting.
The team is DI FICO which is part of the department COO Delivery / Finance & Control. The team services the needs of Finance and Control in the current DWH and its successor and currently consists out of 8 people (BA’s, Scrum Master, SME, Developers). The PO will work closely with Data Insight team and Finance & Control.

• taking over tasks from the CPO business in the context of KPI’s
• project progress and prioritization of the backlog
• establishing a data delivery agreement and Definition of Ready
• taking over the product ownership for the 2024 Roadmap, including new cost reporting CRR 3 and CSRD IT/OSX implementation

• Experience Banking, Regulatory Reporting (high level), Finance, with it a combination of IT knowledge
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts. Knowing the way around Azure DevOps and agile. Nice to haves is knowledge of Data Governance (DQ, Data lineage), ESG and CRR3
• Being able to:
• understand challenges: balance between new development and stability of current platform
• help team to be effective
• Nice to have: SQL, SQL Server, SSMS, Power BI, OneSumX, etc. PO Role can be combined with Business Analyst activities

• Start: December 1st, 2023 or January 1st, 2024
• Until April 30th, 2024 + potential extension
