Meedenken en adviseren over wervingsstrategieën en -behoeften;

Meewerken aan het coördineren en voeren van intakegesprekken met kandidaten;
Ondersteunen bij het onboardingproces van nieuwe medewerkers;
Onderhouden van contacten met externe partijen zoals studie- en studentenverenigingen;
Organiseren en begeleiden van (online) in-housedagen, workshops en andere events;
Meedenken over de lange-termijn recruitmentstrategie en employer branding.

Je ontvangt een stagevergoeding van €700 per maand o.b.v. 40 uur;
