Organization

Within LPC, we are launching a new label focused on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). For this growth ambition, we are looking for a recruiter who, together with the Salesmanager, will lay the foundation for a successful service. You will become part of the core team and get the space to help build a label that approaches the recruitment market differently.

Function

As a Recruiter within our new label, you are responsible for achieving successful matches at our clients. You do not work from a traditional agency concept, but become an extension of our clients' recruitment department.
You dive into the organisation, get to know the culture and understand which talents are needed to make our clients' growth possible. You take (part of) the recruitment process off their hands and make sure candidates are not only found, but also become enthusiastic about the organisation and its opportunities.
Together with the Sales Manager, you build long-term client relationships. While the Sales Manager is responsible for opening new doors and developing commercial opportunities, you make sure that clients have confidence in our recruitment approach and services from the start.

Job Requirements

This is you

• You have experience as a recruiter, corporate recruiter or recruitment consultant;
• You get energy from an environment where not everything is set in stone yet;
• You can work well independently and take responsibility;
• You are commercial and customer-oriented;
• You are curious about the combination of recruitment, consultancy and entrepreneurship.

• A gross salary between €3500 and €4200 per month based on experience;
