Je voert inhoudelijke gesprekken, adviseert over de arbeidsmarkt en begeleidt kandidaten van kennismaking tot plaatsing en loopbaanontwikkeling.
Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers, bouwt actief aan je netwerk en ontwikkelt je tot specialist binnen jouw vakgebied. Mensenkennis, commerciële feeling en strakke planning zijn jouw tools om dagelijks impact te maken.
