In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Business Consultants en fungeer je als een belangrijke sparringpartner binnen het team. Je wordt gekoppeld aan één of twee Business Consultants en verdiept je volledig in hun regio’s. Als Recruiter/Talent Sourcer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten.
Wanneer een Business Consultant een nieuwe opdracht binnenhaalt, overleg je samen welke profielen nodig zijn. Jij plaatst de vacature online en duikt direct in onze database en andere wervingskanalen om de juiste kandidaten te vinden. Zodra je een potentiële match hebt, voer je een gesprek om de benodigde kwalificaties te toetsen. Ben je overtuigd dat dit de juiste kandidaat is? Dan stel je deze voor aan de Business Consultant, die de verdere stappen oppakt. Jij gaat ondertussen enthousiast verder met het vinden van de volgende geschikte kandidaat en wie weet maak je kans om zelf door te groeien als Business Consultant.

Ervaring in sales / telefonische verkoop is een pré;

Salaris €32.000 – €42.000 inclusief bonussen
Werkweek van 40 uur, minder is bespreekbaar
Telefoonvergoeding van €50 netto per maand
