Als Senior Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van uitvoerders binnen een specifiek geografisch gebied. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle wijken in jouw gebied bezet zijn door uitvoerders en analyseert de openstaande wijken om te bepalen welke acties nodig zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met andere recruiters en online wervingsspecialisten om optimale wervingscampagnes op te zetten.
In deze rol bouw je samenwerkingen op met diverse externe partners, zoals sociale werkplaatsen, uitzendbureaus en stichtingen. Daarnaast ben je hiërarchisch verantwoordelijk voor de bezorgers in jouw gebied en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt.
