Service Engineer Installation & Maintenance

MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

At Dophou, craftsmanship and trust are at the heart of everything we do. As a Service Technician – Asset Management & Maintenance, you will have the freedom to independently visit regular clients within your assigned region.
You do not work for contractors or private individuals, but exclusively for long-term clients in the commercial building services sector. You become their trusted point of contact — from preventive maintenance and service to troubleshooting and fault resolution.
You will enjoy technical variety, the stability of your own client portfolio, the autonomy to organize your work independently, and the opportunity to work at some of the most interesting technical sites in the region.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building-related installations such as HVAC, refrigeration, heating and air handling systems, including building management systems (BMS)
Troubleshooting and resolving technical faults
Advising clients on system improvements and sustainability upgrades
Accurately recording and reporting your work

You will be part of the Service & Maintenance team, where customer focus, expertise, and ownership are central.
What do we expect from you?
You have experience as a service technician performing installation and maintenance work (mechanical or electrical) within the commercial building services sector.
Additional certifications such as Climate Technology, Refrigeration Technology, F-Gases, Preventive Maintenance (PO) or Periodic Inspection (PI) are an advantage.
Experience with maintenance of building management systems (BMS) is an advantage.
You are based in one of the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven or Roermond regions.

Salary between €2,700 and €4,800 gross per month
25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
